Rather than being merely a symptom, LSE is frequently the root cause of many psychological, emotional, personal and relationship issues. Treatments that do not focus on recovery from LSE may not be be effective, because they are not dealing with the core issue.

  • It’s important to realize that your score on this questionnaire in no way indicates that you are not a quality person. Instead what it does is to measure how you view yourself. If you have a healthy view of yourself, your score will be low. If your view of your- self is unhealthy, your score will be high.
  • Be aware that it will be difficult to raise children with healthy self-esteem, if you yourself suffer from low self-esteem. Without realizing it, you will pass on the attitudes, fears, and thinking that accompany low self-esteem.
